Stop Chargebacks
Before They Happen

Intercept disputes at the transaction level.

When a customer doesn’t recognize a charge, Resolve shows them a clear, branded receipt right inside their banking app, with one-tap options to view the order, buy again, or request a refund instead of calling their bank.

Shows up where cardholders check their charges

A fraction of the cost of alerts and chargebacks. Stops disputes before an alert, so they never hit your VAMP ratio.

Turn uncertain transactions into resolved customers

Give customers clarity. Reduce chargebacks. Protect your revenue.

Resolve puts a clear, branded receipt inside your customer’s banking app, gives them better options, and resolves issues before they become chargebacks.

Fewer chargebacks

Resolve issues at the transaction level, before a confused customer opens a dispute with their bank.

Increase revenue

Turn would-be disputes into repeat purchases, replacements, and saved subscriptions.

Happier customers

Give customers the information they need, and a fast way to act on it, the moment they need it.

Descriptor confusion

A confusing charge leads to a chargeback.

Resolve turns “Dispute” into “View details.”

30%+

of chargebacks are estimated to come from descriptor confusion.Source: Visa, Ethoca, and industry reports

Frequently Asked QuestionsFAQs

What is Solvpath Resolve?
Resolve is Solvpath’s chargeback-prevention product. When a customer looks up one of your charges in their banking app, they see a clear, branded receipt with their order details and simple options (view order, buy again, or request a refund), so they can fix the issue with you instead of disputing it with their bank.
How does Resolve implementation work?
Connect your store and payment stack, add your branding, and set your refund rules. Our team handles setup and testing with you. Resolve uses the same Solvpath portal your customers already use for self-serve support, retention, and returns.
Where does the transaction information appear?
Inside the cardholder’s banking experience, when they tap your transaction in their bank’s app or online banking. Any action they take then opens your branded Solvpath portal.
Can we control when customers can request a refund?
Yes. You set eligibility by order age, order value, product, customer type, and more, and you choose whether refunds are instant, guided, or replaced by an alternative offer.
Can Resolve offer alternatives before issuing a refund?
Yes. You can lead with replacements, store credit, or discounts, and show a refund only if the customer declines. It’s the same resolution logic that powers Solvpath Returns.
What happens when a customer selects View Order?
They go straight into their Solvpath customer portal with the order already identified. From there they can track the shipment, manage or modify the order, and manage their subscription.

Resolve the issue before it becomes a chargeback.

Give customers clarity and options the moment they need them, right from the transaction.
