Why TrustIQ

One Gateway Swap. Every Payment Smarter.

We’re ecommerce and payments people. TrustIQ replaces your gateway, and you pay per transaction just like a traditional gateway. No revenue share, no fees for your own data.

Built by Payments People

We run ecommerce and payments ourselves, so TrustIQ is built around how subscription and high-risk brands actually sell.

Priced Like a Gateway

Pay per transaction, the same way you would with a traditional gateway. No platform fees, no revenue share, nothing more.

10x the Value of a Gateway

Every tool below is included with the gateway, without the ridiculous fees that usually come attached.

AI-Driven Decision Engine

Beyond BIN Routing.
One Smart Decision Per Transaction.

Most gateways stop at simple BIN or acquirer routing. TrustIQ does that too, then its AI decision tree weighs the issuer, MCC, approval rates by BIN, initial vs. rebill, and network tokens to choose the route, the 3DS approach, and the retry plan together.

Intelligent 3DS

3DS Isn’t All or Nothing

TrustIQ runs 3DS only when it’s likely to improve the outcome, and picks the right type for each transaction based on the issuer, MCC, and whether it’s an initial sale or a rebill.

FrictionlessData-Only 3DS

Shares richer data with the issuer through the 3DS rails, with no challenge screen.

  • No added checkout friction
  • More confident issuer approvals
  • Great for trusted customers and rebills
ProtectedFull 3DS

Full cardholder authentication when the risk profile calls for it, used deliberately, not by default.

  • Liability shift on authenticated transactions
  • Triggered by issuer, MCC, and context
  • Less fraud and chargeback exposure
Network Tokens & Customer Vaulting

Issuer-Trusted Credentials.
No Lock-In.

Higher approvals. Lower costs. Your data stays yours.

Issuers prefer network tokens over raw card numbers, and they’re more likely to approve them. Pair them with a vault you own, and you get stronger approval rates, lower interchange, and full data portability without being locked into a processor.

  • Network tokens issuers prefer, for higher card-not-present approvalsHigher card-not-present approvals
  • Automatic token lifecycle management across card brandsAutomatic token updates
  • Cards stay current when customers get new ones, so rebills keep workingRebills survive new cards

Smart Retries & Failed Payment Recovery

Recover Failed Payments Automatically.

Soft declines and dunning, for subscriptions and any sale.

When a payment fails, the decision engine reads the decline reason and decides whether, when, and how to try again: a different time, a different route, or a different 3DS approach. Recoverable revenue doesn’t slip away.

  • Retry logic based on the decline reason, not one fixed scheduleRetries timed by decline reason
  • Recovers failed subscription rebillsRecovers failed rebills

Frequently Asked Questions

What is TrustIQ?
TrustIQ is a modern payment gateway from Solvpath, built for high-risk and subscription businesses. It replaces traditional gateways and adds network tokens, AI-driven routing and 3DS, smart retries, and deep analytics in one platform.
Can TrustIQ replace my current gateway?
Yes. TrustIQ is built to replace traditional gateways. Your checkout and CRM stay the same, and TrustIQ becomes the gateway behind them.
How does TrustIQ decide how to process a transaction?
Its AI decision engine goes beyond simple BIN or acquirer routing. It weighs the issuer, MCC, approval rates by BIN, initial vs. rebill, and network tokens, then chooses the route, the 3DS approach, and the retry plan together.
Does TrustIQ run 3DS on every transaction?
No. For each transaction, TrustIQ decides whether to run 3DS at all, and whether to use data-only or full 3DS, so customers only see friction when it helps.
What’s the difference between data-only and full 3DS?
Data-only 3DS shares richer data with the issuer and never challenges the customer. Full 3DS authenticates the cardholder and can shift liability. TrustIQ uses each one when it’s likely to give the best result.
Which platforms does TrustIQ work with?
TrustIQ is built for headless commerce. It works with Sticky.io, Checkout Champ, VRIO, AdMoji, Next Commerce, and Phoenix CRM.
What does TrustIQ cost?
You pay per transaction, the same way you would with a traditional gateway. There are no platform fees, no revenue share, and no extra charges for data and analytics. The tools on this page are included with the gateway.
What happens when a card hard-declines?
When a rebill hard-declines or smart retries are exhausted, the Real-Time Payment Updater automatically texts and emails the customer a link to update their card on a branded page. Once they do, your offer is applied, the charge runs, and the subscription is reactivated.
Is multi-processor orchestration available?
Multi-processor orchestration is coming soon. Book a demo to see what’s available today and what’s on the roadmap.
